Delivery

Prices shown on each page include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately. For delivery outside the UK please contact us for details. We will aim to despatch your order the next working day after we have received it, but if there is a delay we will keep you informed.

Cancellation rights

Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you are entitled to a full refund if you return unused and undamaged goods to us within seven days of delivery.

Ways to pay

The quickest way is buy is to use the shopping pages on here but we are happy to take orders over the phone or receive cheques in the post (payable to Baytownrhb ltd). Orders paid by cheque will take a little longer than normal to process as we will await clearance of the cheque at our bank.

Privacy policy

Any information you send us about your name, address and other details, will only be used by Baytown. We will never pass your details to a third party without your permission.
